A parent coach provides compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help navigate the ups and downs of parenting. If you’re seeking greater confidence in your parenting and new approaches to handle the challenges you’re facing, parent coaching can provide you with practical tools, guidance for self-care, and support in aligning your parenting with your core values, all while helping you navigate the realities of daily life.
-
Parent coaching is about the present, everyday challenges, not requiring healing, but fresh approaches. Coaching is goal oriented and helps you gain the skills and strategies you need to parent the way you want to parent. Coaching does not diagnosis or treat mental health conditions.
-

Sessions are available by phone or Zoom to offer flexibility and convenience.

To get started, we’ll begin with a complimentary call where we’ll discuss your goals and concerns. I’ll provide an overview of how I work and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to move forward, I’ll ask you to complete a Parent Coaching In-Take Form and we’ll both sign a coaching agreement. We will then schedule your first session at a time that works for you.
